Introducing the BlueCielo Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module

The BlueCielo Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module is an option to the BlueCielo ECM Solutions flagship product, BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise. The Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module can be used to manage engineering projects, whether small or large, in BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise vaults. It is also adept at managing changes to master documents in as-built, engineer-to-order, and concurrent engineering environments.

Meridian Enterprise includes a subset of the project management features of the Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module, which are compared in the following table.

Project workflows are fully configurable.	Projects do not include workflow.
Project folders may contain sub-project folders.	Project folders may not contain sub-projects.
Project workflows may be interlocked with other project workflows and document workflows.	Projects do not have workflows and therefore may not be interlocked.
Documents may be copied to multiple projects for concurrent changes.	Documents may be copied to only one project folder at a time.

In all other respects, the project document management features of Meridian Enterprise are the same as in the Meridian Advanced Project Workflow Module that are described in this guide.
